The Spotlight Class is a two-part experience. In Week 1, you’ll learn a combo in a 1.5-hour class with Allison Plamondon. In Week 2, you’ll return for a 10-minute individual filmed coaching session where you’ll perform the combo and receive professional 4K video footage for your audition reel and social media. It’s a supportive, small-group environment focused on performance and confidence.

This class is for dancers and performers of all experience levels who want to get high-quality, professional footage of them tap dancing for their reel.

Each Spotlight Class is limited to 10 participants so everyone gets individual attention and filming time.

The total cost is $165 per student. A $85 deposit is required to hold your spot when you register. The remaining $80 balance is due before or at your filming session.

A $60 deposit is required to reserve your spot in the Spotlight Class. Deposits are non-refundable within 48 hours of the class start time. If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, your deposit can be applied as a credit toward a future Room 123 class. The remaining balance of $65 must be paid before or at your filming session. There are no refunds for missed filming appointments.

Wear something you feel comfortable and confident moving in. Bring water and anything else you need to take care of yourself during class. Performers will be responsible for their own hair and makeup.

Yes! Attending both is important so you can get the full experience and your final video.

Spots are reserved through our online booking system with a $60 deposit. Space is limited to 10 participants.

Room 123 is a boundary-free space and we aim to make our classes as welcoming and supportive as possible. Please note: • The studio itself is step-free and boundary free. • The kitchen and washroom are accessed by one stair and are not fully accessible. • Sensory toys and quiet supports are available in the space and we have a third space that can be used for sensory relief.
