Vera is a certified personal trainer, flexibility coach, and a level one fascial stretch therapist specializing in accessible movement for all bodies and abilities. You can expect clear instructions, practical modifications, and science-backed stretching designed to improve mobility and reduce stiffness. Shane O’Regan (he/him) is a Pianist/Musical Director/Instructor based in Toronto. Originally from Halifax, Nova Scotia, Shane studied piano with Oksana Zotova at the Maritime Conservatory of Performing Arts. He is a graduate of both the Randolph College for the Arts in Toronto and the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland’s MA Musical Theatre Performance program in Glasgow. Recent work on the piano includes Let’s Dance!
