Welcome to Room 123 — a creative studio and community artist hub located in the heart of downtown Toronto at 123 Niagara Street. Founded to support artists, entrepreneurs, creators, and community leaders, Room 123 offers affordable, flexible studio and event spaces designed to bring ideas to life.

Led in partnership with EveryBODY on Stage founder Greg Carruthers, our mission is to create an accessible environment where creativity, collaboration, and community can thrive. Whether you’re hosting a workshop, filming content, teaching a class, recording a podcast, or planning a private event, Room 123 provides versatile spaces tailored to your needs.
Our studio spaces include:
Room One – A bright, street-level creative studio ideal for photography sessions, product shoots, content creation, and pop-up shops. Complete with natural light, seamless backdrops, lighting equipment, and a hair-and-makeup station.
