We used Room123 for our callback day and it was such a wonderful experience. The space is beautiful, has such a lovely ambiance and is a great size. We walked in to a piano being already set up in the corner for us and the option to set up tables the way we needed. They also had a sound system we could utilize that was lovely! The space is so easily transformed into exactly what you need it for. Working with Greg was delightful. Communication was great and they were so accommodating. I absolutely recommend this space for your event needs.

Rented out the space for a private event. It was a bit of a last minute request and Greg was a pleasure to work - fast responses and quite easy going. The space is a great canvas to create. Would book again.

Threw my 30th birthday bawl at this venue utilizing all 3 rooms with about 30 guests and it was such a fantastical night! Room 2 was perfect for accommodating a professional drag performance and karaoke, and we utilized the community kitchen to organize food and drinks with 2 servers and a bartender. Greg and his team were amazing in their support curating this event and made my vision come to life, providing invaluable ideas and resources! My heart is still so full and I can't wait to bring more of my fantasies to life in this space.

We recently hosted an event here and it was amazing! The space is the perfect balance of a blank canvas (so you can make it your own) while still feeling cozy and welcoming. The plus-up AV package was a huge bonus - karaoke, Mario Party, and the dreamy lights were mega hits. Literally everyone who walked in said either “woah!” or “I want to do something here too - how do I contact the owner?” What I love most is how malleable the space is. It works just as well for a celebration as it would for classes, rehearsals, a photo shoot, or even a podcast session in the back studio. Not to mention the owner is fantastic to work with: quick to respond, thoughtful, and committed to creating an inclusive space that is community-centred. Honestly a hidden gem in Toronto right now, and I have no doubt it’s going to blow up soon.

The space was perfect for our rehearsal, and had great amenities, including a kitchen. We were so lucky to find the space, especially with it being the week of Toronto Fringe. It was definitely the most affordable option in the city, and so easy to book! I’d happily book my rehearsals here again.

Super accessible space! I’ve used it for filming content and rehearsals and it has been great! Greg (the owner) is super quick to respond and super friendly. The space is affordable. I’ve so far only used the big studio but I cannot wait to go back to use the podcast and photo studio. This is definitely the first venue I think of when booking rehearsals, filming or any events! I love it !

This space is incredible! I recently filmed a dance reel here and the service that Greg offers via Everybody on Stage is fantastic. Custom choreo, editing, lighting, and constant belly laughs came together to make a dance reel I am so proud of. I could not recommend this space more!

You will not find a cuter space, or more capable person, for your self tape in the whole city! Whether you are looking for a close up for TV, they have the lighting, or a wider area for dance, they have the space. Greg has all the abilities from setting up the space, to filming, to putting together the digital pieces to provide you with the best audition you could put together. I can’t wait to come back!

I hosted my pop-up shop at Room 123 for two days in August, using Room 1 as my storefront. The team not only catered to my every need but went above and beyond to make my booking feel special. Their attention to detail truly stood out, and I would definitely book again to experience the other spaces.
