Located on the street level, with abundant natural light through the large garage door, Room 1 is perfect for photography sessions, product shoots, or small pop-up shops (the area is considered a “walker’s paradise” with a 97 Walk Score!). Measuring 11×12 ft, it includes seamless paper backdrops, lighting equipment, and a hair-and-makeup styling station.

All room bookings include access to our shared amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator, as well as access to the bathroom facilities.
Accessibility Information
Room 123 is generally accessible; however, please note that there is one step down to access the kitchen and bathroom area. Guests with specific accessibility requirements are encouraged to contact us before booking so we can help determine whether the space will meet their needs.
