Located on the street level, with abundant natural light through the large garage door, Room 1 is perfect for photography sessions, product shoots, or small pop-up shops (the area is considered a "walker's paradise" with a 97 Walk Score!). Measuring 11×12 ft, it includes seamless paper backdrops, lighting equipment, and a hair-and-makeup styling station.
